- This programme is suitable for those who are working with a City & Guilds Centre Approved to deliver National Vocational Qualifications. The individual will be in a position where their primary function is to assess NVQ candidates. The aim of the programme is to prepare Assessors for their role in order to develop essential skills and knowledge when assessing competence based awards
- Observational Assessor A2 – Assessing NVQ candidates through observation in the workplace
- Vocational Assessor A1 – Assessing NVQ candidates through a range of methods, this includes away from the workplace
- Delivered to groups over a series of 4 workshops or on a 1-1 basis over 4 meetings
